About Tuckbury
We make the boring half of dog ownership easier.
Tuckbury exists because of a specific, unglamorous problem: the twenty minutes after a good walk. The wet coat. The mud on the seats. The paw prints down the hallway. Nobody puts that part on Instagram, and almost nobody designs for it properly.
So that is what we make. Not novelty toys or seasonal outfits - the practical, hard-wearing, washable things that sit in the boot of your car and get used every single week.
How we choose what to sell
We keep the range deliberately small. Every product has to earn its place against three tests:
- It solves a real, repeated problem. Not a gimmick you use twice.
- It survives being used properly. Wet, muddy, thrown in a washing machine, thrown in a boot.
- It is honest about what it does. If a product has a limitation, we write it on the page rather than hiding it.
How we ship
We are a small operation. We do not hold our own warehouse - our products are made and dispatched by the manufacturers we work with, and they ship directly to you in plain, unbranded packaging. That keeps our prices sane and means we are not sitting on a room full of stock.
The trade-off is honest: delivery takes longer than a same-day retail giant. Most orders arrive in 7 to 12 business days, tracked. We say that plainly on every product page rather than promising two days and apologising later.
If something is wrong
Email us. A real person reads it. If a product arrives damaged, is not as described, or simply is not right for your dog, we will sort it out - see our Returns Policy for the detail.
What we will never do
- Invent customer reviews or star ratings
- Show a crossed-out price that was never a real price
- Run a countdown timer that resets when you reload the page
- Claim a product is veterinary, medical or crash-tested when it is not
Tuckbury is a new brand. We would rather grow slowly and be trusted than sell fast and be forgettable.
